Screening and Identification of HT

Training required to be completed by Department for Community Based Services (DCBS) staff as well as Private child-caring (PCC) or private child-placing (PCP) agencies contracted to provide care and services for a child in the custody of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services. The training reviews the techniques for human trafficking identification, the Vera Institute: Trafficking Victim Identification Tool (TVIT), best practices for integrating screening into intake and assessment processes, and responses to screening outcomes. The Human Trafficking 101 is a prerequisite for this training.
