Implementing A Landscape Analysis To Identify Partners In Improving Outcomes For Transition Age Youth Victims Of Human Trafficking

One of the California subgrantees, WestCoast Children’s' Clinic, with a service area in Alameda County,7 researched and documented agencies, organizations, and individuals that serve transition-age youth victims of human trafficking. The document describes the process that WestCoast followed to do so, including the landscape analysis methods; implementation and process of conducting the landscape analysis; tips, tools, and successes; results of the landscape analysis; and lessons learned.
