About

RTI serves as the training and technical assistance (TTA) provider for the Improving Outcomes grant program. As the OVC-funded TTA provider, RTI provides individualized and group support to grantees to assist them in carrying out their grant strategies. In addition, RTI compiles lessons learned and resources created or identified during TTA provision to share with other states and Tribes interested in addressing child and youth trafficking.

RTI is an independent, nonprofit research institute dedicated to improving the human condition. RTI conducts human trafficking research, evaluation, and training and technical assistance.
